● April 1st through September 30th: 8:00 PM

● October 1st through March 31st: 5:00 PM

Phillips Memorial Park is a beautiful 26 acre Nature park with Walking Trails, a Pond for Fishing, Play equiptment, Benches, Picnic tables under large oaks,  and a Pavillion by the pond. A perfect spot for a picnic or walk in the park after a day out in Cameron.This is a favorite walking and relaxation spot for our Cameron residents. 

Non-aggressive Dogs are permitted on leash. 

Picnic Shelter can be reserved by filling out the Rental Form below and paying rental fee/security deposit at Town Hall.  The fee to rent the shelter is $60.00 for the first 3 hours and $15.00 for each additional hour plus a $100.00 security deposit which will be refunded if the shelter and tables are left clean with no damage.

We are excited to announce that we have teamed up with NC Wildlife and now are an official Tackle Loaner Program Site.

Looking to try fishing for the first time? Still fine-tuning your angling skills? Or perhaps you forgot your gear at home?

The N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission has teamed up the Town of Cameron so that you may borrow rods, reels and other fishing gear free of charge to be used at Phillips Memorial Park. ALL gear must be returned once finished for the day. We also offer wheelchair pole holders.
